COVID Policies
Your safety is our priority.
Cleaning: We want you to have a relaxing and stress free stay, so we take COVID precautions very seriously. We have completed the AirBnB training and test and signed a commitment to clean according to their guidelines. In addition we adhere to the local guidelines from the French Ministry. We are happy to provide you with these policies on request.
Guests experiencing COVID like symptoms are required to advise us immediately (including dry cough, shortness of breath, fever, loss of taste or smell). We will do all we can to assist you and the local health agencies to ensure your safety and that of other guests and staff at Bumblebee Manor.
Check in is after 4pm on the first day. Check out is by 10am on your last day.
Payments
ALL-INCLUSIVE TOURS
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is due at the time of booking. The tour is confirmed once the deposit is received.
The remaining 80% is required at least 1 month prior to tour start date.
ACCOMMODATION ONLY STAYS
All stays are payable in full at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline a booking within 48 hours of receipt.
A cleaning fee of 45€ applies to all bookings. If extra cleaning or replacement of significant equipment is required, a minimum charge of 70€ will be levied.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 week in advance with payment of a 50€ cancellation fee.
We are required to collect the taxe de sejour (tourist tax) of 1.20€ per person per night. This does not apply for bookings through AirBnB as they process the tax on our behalf.
Facilities
All our gites have double, queen or king-sized beds, some can be split into singles with advance notice.
Our gites are for up to two people, except by prior arrangement. Bed linen, bath and pool towels, electricity and water are included in the price of your stay. Guests staying more than 1 week are provided with a weekly change of linens at no charge.
Breakages should be reported to us in order that it can be rectified before our next guests arrive.
The heated pool (15m x 5m x 1.2m) is open June to August (may be shorter or longer dependant on the weather)
Children are accepted only in exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement. They must be under parent's supervision at all times, the owners cannot be responsible for their safety.
Sorry, no pets, the next guest may be allergic to your companion.
Bumblebee Manor is a non-smoking property.
Uncovered, unmonitored parking is available for guests within the manor grounds at no charge.
We ask you to respect all other guests' holiday, keeping the noise levels to normal and to a reasonable time.
General Terms
Should a cottage or tour be unavailable on the day stated, due to unforeseen circumstances, every attempt will be made to provide an alternative. If this is not possible, all monies will be refunded without question but no further liability will fall upon the owners.
We maintain Bumblebee Manor and its equipment to a high standard and ask that you do the same. Any complaints should be brought to our attention immediately, we will do everything possible to deal with any difficulties. This may require us to enter your cottage.
Bumblebee Manor, owners and staff are not liable for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience, whether to person or property, resulting from any cause whatsoever. We advise that you arrange your own comprehensive travel insurance to cover yourselves, your belongings and your travel plans for the duration of your booking.
