Rosemary is a one room studio apartment that was converted from the manor house loft in 2016. It retains the original character with some original stonework, a solid wood floor and exposed beams in the double height ceiling. Rosemary is on the first floor on the side of Manoir Bourdon, accessed via an external staircase. The ensuite shower room has a generous shower enclosure with glass door, modern wc and basin. The attractive kitchen area is fully equipped with sink, oven, hob and fridge. A sunny balcony overlooks the heated swimming pool, delightful manor house garden and picturesque French countryside and is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for the French way of life, with long lazy al fresco lunches and a glass or two of Loire valley wine.

The Rosemary apartment is compact yet comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. With easy access to all amenities & sights, including local markets and some great restaurants, cafes, creperies and bistros, Rosemary is perfectly placed to offer you a wonderful self-catering holiday near Saumur in the Loire valley France.
